Our head chef, Andy Birse is passionate about making food from first principles. This means nothing comes out of packet. Every component of your dish, even the sauces and relishes are made from scratch in our little kitchen (even the tomato ketchup!).
A great deal of our menu is gluten free or can be requested gluten free. This is a lot to do with our dishes being made from scratch, from fresh produce – the further away from packet/processed/pre-prepared food you go, the easier it is to avoid gluten. Just ensure you do request ‘gluten free’ for any dish with the GF symbol, as some we need to tweak for you.
