Casual Dining at its Finest

Hailing from a fine-dining background, our head chef Josh is passionate about producing amazing food, and from scratch. Almost everything on our menu like sauces, relishes, terrine’s, purée’s, even smoking our own nuts, plus every other accompaniment of our dishes are made here, in house. For instance we make our own banana bread, relish, hollandaise, aioli, piccalilli & salmon gravlax. So when you eat at Bitter Suite you can be confident that nothing has artificial ingredients or preservatives. Our eggs are FREE RANGE too!

A great deal of our menu is gluten free, nut free, dairy free or vegetarian/vegan or can be requested to be. This has a lot to do with our dishes being made from fresh produce – the further away from packet/processed/pre-prepared food you go, the easier it is to allow for dietary requirements. Ask our knowledgable waiters if you're unsure.

Our menu changes every 3-4 months with firm favourites sticking around and new favourites being added, just see below for our current set of menus.

Mismatch is brewed using high quality natural ingredients and Hills cider is made from 100% fresh Adelaide Hills apples Not to mention the full course designed to accentuate all the cider and beer goodness in each paired beverage - MENU to be announced!
