We have a great selection of Australian beer and cider on tap and by the bottle. We also have a small but considered wine list and a unique cocktail list with a focus on Australian distilleries.
Our kitchen team are led by an incredible head chef, josh Tollett. They are passionate about creating high quality dishes with most ingredients made from scatch. With a seasonal à la carte menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner and weekly changing chefs specials, there is always something new, unique and delicious on offer.
We have amazing function spaces to host your next event. Our beautiful Wine Cellar is perfect for cocktail style parties, or long table tapas dinners for something a little more formal. We also have alfresco dining or a great bar space for some more casual 'get togethers'.
Heading to the Powerhouse for a show? Bitter Suite is a 5 minute stroll away with lots of free street parking around us. Come in for a pre-show dinner, or after show drinks! Open till late, 6 days a week!
