A passionate & knowledgable team nicely compliments the laid-back atmosphere that is Bitter Suite, making it casual dining at its finest. We have a rotating selection of beer and cider on tap and an extensive selection of bottled beers and ciders; all of which are from boutique micro-breweries. We also have a growing wine list and a unique cocktail list with a focus on Australian distilleries.
Having an extensive background in fine dining, our head chef, Joshua Tollett, is passionate about creating high quality dishes that are ascetically pleasing and full of flavour; one could say that our kitchen team are quite the culinary artists. Our menu has been designed with both traditional dining and sharing in mind. Whether you would like to share a variety of dishes or have your own one, two, three course meal, it is entirely your choice - you can create your own sharing boards, order several small & medium bites, or a couple of big bites. To keep things interesting, there are nightly specials on every week - $15 Parma Tuesdays, Ribs & Wings Wednesday, locals night on Thursday, and Weekend Seafood & Steak plates for two.
We also have some amazing function spaces to host your next event, at no cost. Our beautiful wine cellar is perfect for cocktail style parties or long table tapas dinners for those formal occasions.
